2. Purpose of processing

We process your data to: • Manage ticket purchases and checkout (email, attendee names). • Send OTP codes for identity verification. • Process payments via Stripe (card data is not stored on our servers). • Manage your organizer account and Stripe Connect connection. • Send tickets by email and event reminders. • Manage check-in at event access. • Comply with legal obligations and resolve claims.

3. Legal basis

• Contract performance: ticket purchase, order management, and attendee portal access. • Consent: sending commercial communications (when applicable) and non-essential cookies. • Legitimate interest: service improvement, security, and fraud prevention. • Legal obligation: invoicing, data retention for claims.

4. Recipients and transfers

Your data may be shared with: • Stripe, Inc.: payment processing. Stripe may transfer data to the US under standard contractual clauses and adequacy mechanisms. • Amazon Web Services (AWS): application and database hosting in the eu-west-1 region (Ireland), within the European Economic Area. • Event organizers: when you purchase tickets, the event organizer receives your email and attendee name for event management. We do not make international transfers outside the EEA except those strictly necessary for payment (Stripe).

5. Retention

We retain your data while you maintain a relationship with us and, thereafter, for the legally required periods (invoicing, claims, etc.). Session data (cookies) is deleted as indicated in our Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection by contacting privacidad@jajmventures.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing violates applicable law.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encryption, restricted access, HttpOnly cookies for session). Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
