1. Object and acceptance
These terms govern the use of FluxPass (fluxpass.com) and associated domains, a ticket sales platform for events managed by JAJMVENTURES SL (CIF B24970469). By using the service, you accept these terms.
2. Service
FluxPass acts as a technological intermediary between event organizers and buyers. Payment is processed directly into the organizer's account through Stripe. FluxPass acts exclusively as a technology provider and does not intervene in the contractual relationship between organizer and buyer. The organizer is solely responsible for the event, its content, and compliance with their own terms.
2 bis. Payments and flow of funds
Payments made by buyers are received directly in the organizer's Stripe account. FluxPass receives only a service fee for use of the technology platform, which is borne by the buyer and is shown in the order summary before completing the purchase. In the event of cancellation of the event or a dispute, the party responsible for the refund is the organizer, not FluxPass.
3. Ticket purchase
When purchasing, you must provide a valid email and attendee names. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You will receive tickets by email. It is your responsibility to verify the specific cancellation policy of each event before purchasing.
4. Cancellation policy (base)
As a general reference, the default policy may be: cancellation before 30 days with a 10% penalty; before 15 days, 30%; before 7 days, 50%; in the 6 days prior to the event, cancellation is not allowed. Each organizer may set different conditions. You must check the applicable policy on the event page at the time of purchase.
5. Refunds
Refunds are managed according to the organizer's policy and the event conditions. In authorized cancellations, the refund will be made to the same payment method. The FluxPass service fee paid by the buyer is non-refundable. Stripe processing fees are also non-refundable under that provider's terms.
6. Use of the service
You agree to use the service lawfully, without impersonating identities or engaging in fraudulent use. Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless the organizer allows it. The dynamic QR changes periodically to prevent fraud.
7. Organizers
Organizers must comply with applicable regulations, have the necessary permits for the event, and correctly configure Stripe Connect to receive payments directly into their account. FluxPass is not responsible for the acts or omissions of organizers or for the holding, cancellation, or modification of events.
8. Limitation of liability
FluxPass does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or organizer breaches. Liability is limited to the amount of platform fees received in the last 3 months.
9. Modifications
We may modify these terms. Changes will be published on this page with the update date. Continued use of the service after publication implies acceptance of the new terms.
